Gazprom Neft in Arctic deal with Vietnam

Moscow-Russia’s Gazprom Neft, the oil arm of state-run Gazprom, agreed Tuesday to start exclusive talks with PetroVietnam on joint the development of the Dolginskoye oil and gas field in the Pechora Sea. Under the deal, the partners are to sign an operating agreement and set conditions for establishing a special entity to carry out the Arctic project by the end of May 2015, Gazprom Neft said.
