Seoul-Seoul is looking at offering tax and other incentives to global oil trading compa- nies in an effort to transform the country into an oil trading hub. The plan, under which trading companies doing business in South Korea will be exempt from paying 22% corporate tax for the first five years, was finalized at a meeting of the trade-investment promotion committee pre- sided over by President Park Geun-Hye, the energy ministry said Wednesday.
