"It is a phenomena that will continue as we go on with the renaissance with crude pro- duction," said Stuart Nance, vice president of Bill Barrett, a petroleum production company which operates in the Rocky Mountains. Nance was addressing the RailTrends 2013 confer- ence held Thursday and Friday in New York.
