摘要

Istanbul—Crude oil from Iraq’s Kurdistan region continues to be trucked to the Atas Terminal at Mersin on Turkey’s Mediterranean Coast despite the start of “test flows” from the region via the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline, an Atas spokesman said Tuesday. Atlas has not been notified of any impending changes, he added. Crude believed to be from the Taq Taq field, operated by Anglo-Turkish company Genel Energy, has been arriving at Atas since early this year. It followed Ankara’s approval of exports from Kurdistan through Turkey by truck and the breakdown of a revenue sharing agreement between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government.
