London-OPEC kingpin Saudi Arabia is seeing its pivotal position in the global oil market increasingly threatened by climbing non-OPEC production-and at some point in the future the kingdom is likely to have to make radical changes to its energy policy, Norway's Statoil said Friday in its long-term outlook to 2040. "At the turn of the current decade the positions of several key oil market and geo- political players are probably undergoing sig- nificant changes, which raise questions about their future strategies and market behavior," Statoil said.
