Mexico sets 26 onshore blocks for tenders

Mexico City -Mexico Monday disclosed a group of tenders for 26 onshore oil and natu- ral gas blocks with more than 2 billion boe of proven, probable and possible reserves. The announcement was made at an extraordinary session of the nation’s regulator, the National Hydrocarbons Commission. The commission’s president, Juan Carlos Zepeda, said the blocks are almost all located in mature fields, many now in production.
