Tokyo—Middle Eastern producers’ share of Japan’s crude imports fell to 84.3% in Novem- ber from 89.4% in the same month of 2006, with shipments from Russia and Vietnam surging, according to preliminary figures released December 28 by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
