Indonesia to miss 2013 oil output target: BPMigas

Jakarta—Indonesia’s crude and condensate production in 2013 will drop to 880,000 b/d- 910,000 b/d due to natural decline and ageing fields, down from a revised target of 930,000 b/d, R. Priyono, head of the country’s upstream regulator BPMigas, said May 25. The government and parliament revised down Indonesia’s 2013 crude and condensate output to 930,000 b/d in April this year, from the original 950,000 b/d. The gas production target was set at 7.655 Bcf/d, while BPMigas estimates 2013 gas output at 7.6- 7.9 Bcf/d.
