Rosneft & Pertamina Forming JV Company To Develop Tuban Refinery, PC Complex

Jakarta— Rosneft and Pertamina have signed an agreement to form a joint venture company to implement its planned refinery and petrochemical complex in Tuban, East Java, Indonesia (PCN, 30 May 2016, p 4). The project, estimated to cost about $13-billion, will have a refining capacity of 300,000 b/d and includes a petrochemical complex, for which details are not yet available.
