Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia International Shipping Corp. (MISC) plans to merge its chemical fleet with the clean petroleum products (CPP) fleet operated by its wholly-owned AET subsidiary. AET will assume control of the 13 chemical carriers and single liquefied petroleum gas vessel currently owned and operated by MISC, and combine them with its own fleet of eight CPPs to create a new entity.
