US independent Noble Energy unveiled an organizational and executive restructuring plan on Monday that is expected to support the company's growth in coming years. The plan calls for the company's operations to be divided into three major regions: US Onshore, Eastern Mediterranean and US Gulf of Mexico/Africa/Frontier.
