Serica seals UK Erskine deal

Serica Energy has completed the deal to buy an 18% stake in the producing UK North Sea Erskine field from BP. Under the deal, Serica has acquired an 18% stake in UK Blocks 23/26a (Area B) and 23/26b (Area B) containing the Erskine field in the UK Central North Sea.
