Germany Settles Pipe Complaint

Germany's federal antitrust regulator, the Bundeskartellamt, has closed a case against the owners of the Trans - Alpine Pipeline (TAL) that it launched following a complaint last August by oil trader Gunvor, which took over the bankrupt Petroplus refinery at Ingolstadt in southern Germany.
