Dubai's government-owned Emirates National Oil Co. (Enoc) has refreshed its board of directors, following the appointment of a new CEO at the end of March and the successful takeover of Dragon Oil earlier this month. Saeed Mohammed al-Tayer, vice chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy as well as managing director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority has been appointed vice chairman of the Enoc board, replacing Ahmed Humaid al-Tayer, chairman of Board of Trustees at Emirates Nationals Development Program and chairman of Emirates Institute of Banking & Financial Studies.
