Fluxys Appeals Blast Ruling

Belgian gas grid operator Fluxys said Monday it will appeal to the country's Court of Cassation against a Jun. 28 verdict by the Mons Court of Appeal finding Fluxys jointly responsible for the July 2004 Ghislenghien pipeline disaster (IOD Jun.30'11).
