Mitsubishi will sell a 20% stake in its Indonesian- based subsidiary, Tomori E&P, to Korea Gas (Kogas). Tomari holds an acreage in the Senoro-Toili gas field in Central Sulawesi and the deal will extend the Korean firm’s participation in the LNG value chain via access to upstream production in the Senoro-Toili field, which provides gas feedstock to the 2 million ton/yr Donggi-Senori LNG project, in which Mitsubishi and Kogas are part-owners (IOD Jan.25’11).
