Australia-listed Tangiers Petroleum said Wednesday that interpretation of 2-D seismic has identified three large prospects in the Creta- ceous interval in its Tarfaya Block offshore Mo- rocco. The prospects — named Apollo, Hermes and Hercules — sit in the lower cretaceous Tan Tan intervals and reprocessing of historic well log data points to a series of stacked sand units with excellent reservoir qualities and expected porosities of upwards of 25%, it added.
