TNK-BP Invests in Refinery

TNK-BP plans to invest $200 million through the end of 2012 to expand the pro- cessing capacity and improve the quality of gasoil at its 130,000 b/d Saratov refinery in central Russia, according to media reports late last week. The investment is part of a $300 million investment program for this year and next to improve output to Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards.
