Hercules Buys Seahawk Assets

Hercules Offshore will acquire offshore rigs and related assets from US shallow-wa- ter driller Seahawk in a $105 million deal that is part of Seahawk's Chapter 11 bank- ruptcy filing. On completion of the transac- tion, Hercules will become the largest jack up driller in the Gulf of Mexico.
