Russia to Boost Support for Exploration

Russia's natural resources ministry is preparing a plan to help prop up investment in oil and gas exploration, which has been hit by low oil prices and operators' efforts to cut costs. Natural Resources Minister Sergei Donskoi expects the so-called anti-stress state bailout plan for exploration to be ready by the end of March.
