Royal Dutch Shell announced Thursday a gas discovery at its deepwater Rosmari exploration well offshore Sarawak in Malaysia. Located 135 km offshore in Block SK318, the Rosmari-1 well was drilled to a total depth of 2,123 meters and encountered a gas column of over 450 meters, according to a company statement.
