In the past two decades,global warming caused by anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases has become an intensively discussed topic of public and scientific interest.The Kyoto protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is a practical step to control the emissions of environmentally harmful gases.
