A new high-performance polyester fiber for road use was developed by Ningbo Dacheng Advanced Material Company Limited,and the application in the public work showed it can prolong the life span of the road.At present the company has formed a production capacity of 5 000 t/a of this polyester fiber.High-performance polyester fiber for road use,also called asphalt strengthened mixed material,is a new material used to improve the performance of asphalt road and prolong the service life of road.
