Sinopec and COFCO Join Hands in Bio-energy

On April 13th,China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation(Sinopec Corp.)and China National Cereals,Oils&Foodstuffs Corporation(COFCO)signed an agreement on jointly developing bio-energy and bio-chemicals.Under the agreement,fuel alcohol facilities would be jointly built with a planned capacity of 1 -1.2 million tons per year within five years.
