Komatsu cleared to take shovels from ES M mines

Wyoming producer Eagle Specialty Materials (ESM) is at risk of losing the drag line shovels at its Belle Ayr and Eagle Butte mines after a bankruptcy court lifted the stay on equipment maker Komatsu seeking claims against ESM. The US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia lifted the stay yesterday, saying ESM violated rules that prevent companies from destroying assets that creditors have liens on.
