In this note, we generalize two results from [2] and [3] and for every Delta and Delta = r = Delta(2) construct a family of bipartite graphs with the maximal vertex degree Delta and largest eigenvalue equal to root r. (C) 2018 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
