摘要

The synthesis,structure,and physical properties of nanosized metal and semiconductor cluster molecules is of topical interest.For the synthesis of metal chalcogenide cluster compounds,we have used the reaction of metal salts MX (M=Cu,Ag,Au;X=C1,OOCCH_3) with bis- or monosily-lated main-group element derivates E(SiMe_3)_2 or RESiMe_3 (E=S,Se,Te;R=organic group) in the presence of tertiary phosphanes PR_3.
