Total Synthesis of Apoptolidin

摘要

Apoptosis inducers specific for cancer cells are of interest for tumor therapy.Apoptolidin(1),isolated from Nocardiopsis sp.by hayakawa et al.,selectively inducdes apoptosis in ratglia cells transformed with the E1A oncogene but not in untransformed cell lines.
