摘要

Despite advances in the scope of palladium-catalyzed C- N bond-forming reactions through the development of more active catalysts,limitations to the method still remain: 1) In many cases the coupling of substituted heteroaryl halides with amines is still problematic; 2) the N-arylation reactions of nitrogen heterocycles is limited in scope with respect to both coupling partners; 3) chemoselectivity in C- N bond-forming processes has not been explored in great detail.
