U.S. ferrous scrap exports declinedslightly in July, but rosemore than 19 percent in the firstseven months of the year asforeign mills continue to rely onthe United States for their rawmaterial needs.Exports of the material totaled1,268,064 tonnes in July, down2.4 percent from 1,299,498 tonnesin June, according to U.S. CensusBureau data, with Turkey andMexico remaining the largestcustomers for U.S. exporters,respectively.
