Two more defendants have been dismissed from an antitrust lawsuit accusing aluminum producers, metal exchanges and investment banks of conspiring to inflate the Midwest aluminum premium in order to drive up prices.Judge Katherine B. Forrest ruled in U.S. District Court in New York that the plaintiffs had failed to demonstrate "a viable antitrust conspiracy claim" against Robert Burgess-Allen, and that the court lacked jurisdiction to continue the case against Burgess-Allen Partnership.
