Amvac to acquire herbicides from Willowood

US company American Vanguard through its principal operating subsidiary, Amvac, has agreed to purchase selected product lines and related inventory from US generic agrochemical company Willowood USA, which has sought approval of the transaction with the US Bankruptcy Court under Rule 363.
