摘要

A novel, three-dimensional, porous heterometallic metal-organic framework, namely, {[Tb-2(Cu6I6)(NA)(6)(DEF)(2)]center dot 2DEF}(n) (YNU-1), was successfully designed and prepared under solvothermal conditions. There are two different metal clusters in YNU-1, including typical Cu6I6 clusters and one-dimensional Tb-III chains. From the N-2 adsorption of YNU-1, it has a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area of similar to 374 m(2) g(-1); meanwhile, it exhibits a remarkably higher CO2 adsorption ability than CH4 because of the strong interaction force between CO2 and the porous environment. Because of its excellent stability and porous skeleton, YNU-1 can be implemented as a highly efficient heterogeneous catalyst for chemical transformation of CO2 and epoxide to cyclic carbonate. Furthermore, YNU-1 possesses high sorption performance for I-2.
