摘要

Distilled products result from distillation process of fruit juice or fruit marks after previous fermentation. In these alcoholic beverages there are a lot of elements with an important role in taste, smell and color. These elements can be provided from raw materials, from plants soil, from technological process and affect the quality of beverages. This study tried to put in evidence with atomic spectrophotometry techniques the levels of Cu, Fe, Cd, Mg, Ca, Na, K, Ni, Zn and Co in alcoholic beveragesobtained by distillation process from fermented plum juice.
