Netherlands and Portugal sign MOU to develop green hydrogen supply chain

London—The Netherlands and Portugal have signed a memorandum of understanding to coordinate the two countries’ 2030 hydrogen plans and develop a strategic export-import value chain to produce and transport green hydrogen, the Dutch ministry of economic affairs and climate policy said in a statement Sept. 23.
