KMG (Fort Worth, Texas), a specialty chemicals maker, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Flowchem (Waller, Texas), a manufacturer of pipeline chemicals, from Arsenal Capital Partners (New York). Financial details have not been disclosed. The transaction is expected to be highly accretive to KMG's EBITDA, margin, and adjusted earnings per share (EPS), the company says. The acquisition will help expand KMG's portfolio for pipeline services. Arsenal acquired FlowChem in December 2013, for around $200 million, as CW reported.
