BASF has announced the acquisition of Rolic (Allschwil, Switzerland). Rolic is a company that specializes in light management for advanced LCDs and organic LED (OLED) displays. Both companies have agreed not to disclose fnancial details of the transaction. Regulatory approvals are not required, according to BASF.
