Linde announced on Monday that shareholders will be ofered an extra €1.22 ($1.39) to help complete a merger with Praxair, raising a squeeze-out ofer to €189.46 per share. Linde and Praxair won US antitrust approval for their merger in October, clearing a major regulatory hurdle for creating the industry’s leader with revenues of about $27 billion.
