IFF prices stock, tangible equity unit ofering

IFF has priced a previously announced public ofering of common stock and tangible equity units (TEUs). The stock is priced at $130.25/share, and the TEUs are priced at $50/unit. About $2.25 billion is expected to be raised by the ofering, which IFF will use to help fund the $7.1-bil- lion acquisition of Frutarom.
