Mubadala to float 25% of Cepsa in an IPO this year

Mubadala Investment Co. (Abu Dhabi), a state investment frm, says it plans to divest a 25% stake in Compania Espanola de Petroleos (Cepsa; Madrid, Spain) in an initial public ofering on the Spanish stock exchange in the fourth quarter of 2018. The listing will provide Cepsa with wider access to capital markets and increase its fnancial fexibility, Mubadala says. Cepsa is a leading energy and petrochemicals company.
