Trinseo (Berwyn, Pennsylvania) reports third-quarter net income of $75 million, up 127% year-over-year (YOY) from $33 million. Sales increased 9.4% YOY to $1.200 billion on the passthrough of higher styrene and butadiene costs, partially offset by lower volume in latex binders and polystyrene, the company says.
