Chemical Co. of Malaysia outlines expansion plans

Chemical Co. of Malaysia (CCM; Kuala Lumpur) has announced that it intends to grow its revenue by at least 30% and double its proft in the next three years through a three-pronged strategy. The company plans expand capacity, deleverage, and grow in core businesses. CCM says that it is currently ramping up the capacity-expansion drive to strengthen its chemicals and polymers businesses by investing more than 80 million ringgit ($20 million) in capital expenditure (capex) projects.
