Braskem swings to profit, misses estimates

Braskem posted consolidated net income of 313 million Brazilian reais ($94 million) in the fourth quarter of 2017, swinging from a loss in the last quarter of 2016. However, the company's net income missed Thomson Reuters' consensus estimate of R$592 million.
