US Federal and state authorities executed a search warrant at AdvanSix’s Hopewell, Virginia production facility last night, and served a subpoena. The search was “related to the facility’s environmental air emissions and compliance under [a] previously disclosed 2013 consent decree with the federal government and the Commonwealth of Virginia,” AdvanSix says. Further details were not disclosed. The incident has not impacted production at Hopewell.
