FMC announces executive appointments for lithium spin-off

FMC announced Friday several executive positions for its lithium spinoff. Executive vice president and chief financial officer Paul Graves has been appointed CEO of the new lithium materials business, while Gilberto Antoniazzi has been named chief financial officer. Antoniazzi is currently chief financial officer for FMC’s ag division.
