During the week ended 15 December,chemical railcar traffic in North America decreased 0.4% year over year(YOY)as a gain in Canada offset declines in the United States and Mexico.Volume totaled 46,731 carloads,up 2.1% from the previous week,according to data released on 19 December by the Association of American Railroads(AAR).For the year to date,chemical railcar traffic in North America is up 2.8%.
