Tronox releases preliminary results

Tronox on Friday released selected preliminary unaudited fnancial results for the quarter ending 31 March 2020, including revenue within the previously issued guidance and adjusted EBITDA and EPS exceeding guidance. Jefry Quinn, chairman and CEO, said, “We expect frst quarter revenue of $722 million, in-line with frst quarter 2019 revenue pro forma for the Cristal transaction, and adjusted EBITDA of $172 million, an increase of 22% over frst quarter 2019 pro forma adjusted EBITDA of $141 million.
