BASF announces board reshufle

The supervisory board of BASF has today appointed Melanie Maas-Brunner as a member of the company’s executive board, efective 1 February 2021, under a wider redistribution of BASF’s executive responsibilities. She will succeed Wayne Smith, who is leaving the company on 31 May 2021.
