Indian Oil to use Spheripol PP technology in large plant at Panipat

Indian Oil (New Delhi) has licensed the LyondellBasell Spheripol polypropylene (PP) technology for a new 450,000-metric tons/ year plant to be built at Panipat, Haryana State, India. Indian Oil already operates PP plants at Panipat and Paradip with a combined capacity of 1.3 million metric tons/year, also based on the Spheripol process.
