Givaudan to acquire cosmetics business of Indena

Givaudan (Vernier, Switzerland) says it has agreed to buy the cosmetics business of Indena (Milan, Italy) as part of its 2020 strategy to expand the capabilities of its Active Beauty business. The companies have not disclosed the terms of the deal.
